I installed the ZMHUB Wordpress plugin and added lead gen forms into my pages using the short code. The code is still correct and the forms still appear in Marketing Hub but the forms no longer appear on my website. They had been working just fine.

I removed the shortcode, updated, re-added the shortcode and updated again. The forms still do not appear. I attached a screenshot of the forms from the Wordpress plugin
