Hello, 

I'm new to Zoho CRM+. We are moving over from a different CRM where I had a lot of forms created and imbedded in my website and I'm looking to do the same with Zoho. The forms included in the CRM+ seem very limited as far as customization in comparison to the Zoho Forms product. 

I'm wondering if I'm missing something or if others have come to the same conclusion and decided to use the separate Zoho Forms integration to have more flexibility with form customization?
