I was testing Zoho CRM just to compare with the Salesforce that I use now. When I was on the trial version was possible to create many extra fields that was necessary and when expire the trial I was unable to create.
I read a lot about it and in any place that a read was specifying that after the expiration of the trial version this will happen.
It's very frustrating because I was very close to show Zoho to my Diretory and now all my work is gone becasue I can not complete the all the fields that is necessary.
I would like to continue to finish my presentation, because the costs of Zoho compared with SalesForce.
