Hello everyone, welcome back to our series!

Imagine having the ability to effortlessly access and view details of all purchase orders linked to a sales order directly from the sales order itself. Well, today's script is designed to do just that for you. It fetches important purchase order information, like the PO number, vendor name, status, and total amount, and displays them contextually for the associated sales order.

This requirement can be achieved by writing a piece of code and adding it under the Related Lists section of the Sales Orders.

Navigate to Settings -> Sales -> Sales Orders -> Related Lists -> +New Related List. Provide a suitable name, select view preferences, and then paste the script from this GitHub link. Save the changes.

Once done, the list of all the associated purchase orders will be displayed in the sales order details screen. You can click on the PO# to access the corresponding purchase order. 

We hope that this related list script will spare you the need to sift through numerous comments to find the creation of a purchase order. Try it out and let us know how it works!

One more thing! Remember that we previously shared the custom function to automate the creation of purchase orders from a sales order when item quantities are running low. The related list shared today can be used in conjunction with that function, allowing you to view details of all purchase orders that were automatically generated from the sales order.
