I think Zoho is at the moment (potentially) the best, or perhaps the only, real online solution, for business, and not just business. Surely the only one that has all the features that I need (and I've probably tried everything, at least all that has a cost-free option). It has still got lots of bugs and imperfect features, so I do hope it keeps developing and becomes a really professional platform. Lots of people (including me) want to use such one platform for all scheduling/mail/note-taking... etc., and are more than willing to pay for a businness/enterprise account (even non-business people), but of course it has to be totally reliable and without any obvious bugs, and include ALL the essential features that are the current standard (like the IMAP protocol users have been begging for for half a year :). From some of the complaints that I've seen on the forums, it still has a long way to go. I'm not a business person (yet) and problems with mail delivery or settings up accounts (or some other glitches) aren't such a big issue, but if you run a business, it's unaccepable. I hope that the people behind Zoho won't get discouraged and work towards a really professional suite, there is a really huge market and demand for this.
