General Slowness / Refresh Required

Hello community, myself and some others on our team are looking for some general input after these last couple of months. Have any other Zoho Desk users experienced general slowness in the agent portal, mainly revolving around slow "picking" of tickets and page/parameter updates?

Couple examples:
  1. In the past, when replying to a ticket as the first agent and it gets auto-assigned, your avatar would pop up at the assigned to field immediately.
  2. When sitting at a department, team or custom view looking at tickets, the page will update as tickets progress (unassigned or team assignments will go to their agents, resolved / pending / open updates will move around, etc).
Now it just seems kinda slow and clunky, pages sometimes need to be refreshed for the agent / pick to update, the agent collision takes a while to kick in, general page slowness overall when it comes to popping into multiple tickets.

Anyone else experiencing the same? Just want to get some feelers out there before I start a case with support. If Zoho support is aware of any slowness / scaling issues, that would be good to know as well.
