Give me an Enterprise Class Solution

I work for the IT department of the University of New Hampshire and I see online word processing as a *very* valuable service. I'm sure you're aware of all the advantages your current business model brings, but I'd like to see you take it one step further - an Enterprise Class solution.

Like Remedy (our call tracking solution), and Exchange (one of our email solutions), Blackboard (our student/professor/coordination/etc. solution), the software is web-based and web-accessible to its users, but the data are stored on our own (our organization's own) servers. This eliminates concerns about privacy, confidentiality, not to mention backup solutions and latency issues.

I see this happening in the next few years - if you're first to market with it, so much the better. I just want to see it done and done well.
