Gmail - Adding Email to Lead or Contact
Apologies for this question, one I trust has been answered, but I cannot find the answer.
I am using Gmail in Firefox and want to send/link/attach an email to a Contact or Lead in Zoho. Unfortunately, I am unable figure out how to select the name of the Contact or Lead from the Zoho Add-iin which is now at bottom of the Gmail - I am only provided the option to search for the sender of the email.
Of course, the sender of the email is often not the contact/lead with which the email is to be associated - I have not found how to associated any given email in Gmail with a lead/contact (i.e., not necessarily the sender of the email - when I am copied on an email).
When tested with Outlook 2013, I am able to search for the correct contact and successfully
I am testing Zoho also with Gmail web interface, so perhaps additional functionality is enable when purchased(?)
