Google Calendar only partially syncing

I've submitted tickets on this and no one has gotten back to me to resolve this issue.

Google calendar is only partially syncing with Zoho. Older entries have come in, but nothing from November has synced and only a couple entries from December have synced.

It has been over week now since I first asked for help on this issue and I have yet to hear back with a solution.

I'm about ready to ditch Zoho at this point and switch to SalesForce if this cannot be resolved.
