Group function extremly buggy

I've been playing around with the group function. It would be a very nice function but I found it extremely buggy.

Here are some of the issues:
1) Document sharing with group not possible (for me). I have a user who is part of two groups. When I create a new document (on the "documents" tab) and try to share it with a group I get under "share with groups" the message "no groups left to share this document". Looking at "manage groups" I see only one of the two groups that I see in the "groups" function on the bottom left.

2) I deleted a group and created a new one with a new name (but the same members). When I click now on the bottom left "group" bottom, the pop-up name of the group is still the name of the deleted group. But clicking on "group home" I see the new name. How come the old name is still there in the pop-up? Furthermore, clicking on the new/old group I still see the content of the group I just deleted. It is really confusing. Has it now been deleted or has the content of the group been moved from the old (deleted) group to the new group?

3) Really ugly is this: I am signing-in and out with two user IDs using the same browser. I created two groups with these two user IDs as part of the groups and especially having these two UIDs as part of the same organization (one of them as administrator). I am now seeing in Zoho Writer all documents I created and own with one ID (the organization administrator) when in Zoho Business with the other ID. But that's only happening with documents from Zoho Writer not Zoho Show or Zoho Spreadsheet. That's a real security problem here and should be fixed very quickly!! :-(


-> is the group function really usable at the moment? Does somebody use it operationally? What are the experiences?
