Grouping notecards does not work

Grouping notecards does not work

The help system says that to group cards under Windows:
Web :
  1. Press and hold Command key (Mac) or CTRL key (Windows) and tap the respective note cards to multi-select.
  2. Click Group at the top-right corner.

But when I select the cards as per the first instruction, there is no Group in the top right corner, just Delete. I have attached a screenshot. Is there another way to group notecards?
