Guide domain mapping in zoho support

Hi,

I have a hard time setting up the domain mapping in zoho support.
I have configured a CNAME in the DNS zone and I have configured domain in zoho support configuration:
https://www.zoho.com/support/help/domain-mapping.html

Error message: "Make sure you've mapped the CNAME entry and linked it to desk.cs.zohohost.com on your domain hosting site."
