I've created a Flow which creates a new ticket for our Sales Department.  That flow has a number of Local Variables defined which are used to generate the ticket.

In a separate flow, I'm guiding the visitor through a series of questions to narrow down on the information they're after.  The blocks in this Flow all populate variables as per normal.  The hope is to terminate each of these paths with a "Jump" to the CreateTicket flow.  But, in the dialog where I create the Jump, I cannot access any of the Input Variable Mapping fields - I just get a red "disabled" sign when I hover over that section (even though it shows a red asterisk indicating it's required).

I've named the block, saved it, marked it as an End Block but still no luck.  Is there some magic trick to allowing me to make these mappings?
