Handling of inbound messages where DKIM failed.

I've been missing emails from one of the services that I utilize for the last 5 months. They don't show up in spam, or anywhere else in my mail box.

I turns out that something they did broke their DKIM outbound signatures, which I verified by having them send to another mail server. I already let them know that their DKIM is broken, but is there any way to set it so that this particular domain can bypass the DKIM check if it passes SPF?
