Happiness Feedback Report
Hello,
I want to see all the feedback, which has been left on ratings in a report for all past tickets. Unfortunately, the pre-built happiness dashboard only lets you go back one month.
When I create a report, I cannot add the column 'feedback' and I have not found another way.
(I read somewhere online that there are pre-build customer happiness reports. I do not have these in the Analytics section. I only have the one dashboard that goes back only 30 days.)
Please let me know where I can view all the past feedback that was posted when customers rated our service via the customer happiness feature.
