Have Zoho-One account yet keep receiving trial expiration warnings from z-Sites

I have subscribed to Zoho-One for several years. On and off I have been working on a Zoho-Website and now I just published it - it is online!

First I kept receiving emails from Zoho that my Zoho-Sites trial will soon expire and now I keep receiving emails that it has expired. This is not only strange, as I understand Sites is part of the Zoho-One bundle, but also a bit disconcerting since I have cut ties completely with the previous website host and now my business is entirely in the hands of Zoho.

When I first started receiving these emails I replied, stating that I have a Zoho-One account, but the email warnings keep coming. I also think it comes over rather unprofessional and disorganized (from Zoho's side).

What is going on?
