Header Borders not visible in Print and in PDF View

Header Borders not visible in Print and in PDF View

Hi,
I want to make a template with a 2 column header on an A4 Document in FireFox..
 The header should have Lines around Box and Image Right. In Page View all looks good but the Print Preview and the pdf Export doesnt show any border lines.

What is a) the Problem ?
            b) the Workaround?
