On quick suggestion. In Zoho Writer... please let me sort by categories as well as tags and on the my docs view let me organize the pages acording to hierachy. Maybe a Heirachy tree?

In notebook I would also like to add Heirachy to the tabs. Heirachy is very important because it really helps you sort your data.
