The ability to change colors/customize buttons through the Zoho Desk Help Center customization portal has not been working for us for a couple of weeks. Last week, I worked with support to try to resolve the issue on our end but they were unable to help and I have not heard back since.

We tried clearing cache and trying different browsers but the option to change colors just doesn't work and the button/accent colors stay as the default orange. (Elegant theme) The image attached shows that we tried to change the colors to red using both the default slider and through the HTML portal but no changes were applied. This issue only happens with buttons and works for all other elements.

Again, support wasn't able to help us so I am reaching out in case there's a work-around or if this can be fixed.
