Help center header image can't adjust height.

Help center header image can't adjust height.

Hi there, 
How can I change the height of the header image? I choose the Elegant theme, but the background image is too and narrow.  I thought the images should be a larger one which is in the demo.

I tried to change my browser, but still the same.
