Just starting out with Zoho Desk and here is what I would like accomplish, please let me know if this is possible. I would have one URL for all of the customers to access for support. The page would have a simple statement of What can we help with? There would be a drop down menu that has main subjects such as Hardware, Software. If you clicked on say software it would ask: Permissions, Installation, Licensing, Troubleshooting. It would then direct them to the correct department depending on which menu option they clicked.
