Help me to resolve my email issue(Urgent)

Dear Zoho,
Can you please help me to resolve my email issues?
We just changed the email hosting to change the cname I'm not able to find out the cname or html file for the website verification.
I was email to
support@zohomail.com from
hghtv1@gmail.com but one respond through that. So please respond me on my gmail
hghtv1@gmail.com.
Waiting for your reply our emails are not working from last 10days plz help me.
