Help Regarding Zoho creator subscription plans.
I am working on a client project and they have professional edition of ZCreator. Owner added me as a developer in Zoho creator but I am facing some problems and I am unable to write code for them:
a. When I go to
crm.zoho.com and click on ZCreator tab, I can see the ZCreator interface
. But when I type creator.zoho.com in browser, it does not show "Workspace" tab and I do not see customer's Zoho Creator account. Can you explain to me ifcreator.zoho.com and ZCreator are different applications or same?
b. Inside ZCreator tab when I try to write deluge code to use ZCRM Request API to fetch data from Zoho CRM account of client it
shows an error "Error
Executing the workflow crmtoreports workflow.The maximum number of Webhook calls per day is reached. Please check usage details". But our client does not have any ZCreator application, so why it is not allowing me to write the code?
c. When I check ZCreator subscription plan of my client, it shows "Free Plan" while my client has "5 user Professional edition". So it seems although I am logged inside customer's Creator account, "Upgrade" link still shows my personal subscription plan instead of my client's subscription plan.
Can you please tell me how can I check the client's subscription plan and API usage information? Same problem is happening with Zoho Reports. My client has added me as database owner. I go into their workspace in Zoho reports and click on Subscription link. But it shows free edition while my client has paid edition of Zoho Reports.
