HELP REQUIRED - lost contact data following outlook sync - that went wrong.

Can you urgently help?

THE QUESTION
Is it possible to create a remote sandbox of our database or a spreadsheet containing all the contact detail data from the previous backup (that we need to download) or any dataset you have that is as near to 8th Feb 2015.
So I could try to recover my lost info - without affecting all my colleagues. Then re-import the sorted info again - safely - at a later date.

If you could please let me know what options I have, I would be very grateful.


THE BACKGROUND
I've lost lots of "contact details" data following a sync with my outlook contacts on the 9th February 2015 - between 07:00 and 14:00hrs - local time.

The sync I set up (using the outlook zoho plug in) seems to have inadvertently copied ALL contact detail records from our database, across into my outlook account. It then synced back into zoho, creating duplicates of each original record in zoho - but with my name as account owner and a blank e-mail address field (As we had ticked "no duplicate e-mails" in our zoho master setup).

So to avoid confusion for all our users, our administrator found we could delete on mass, all the duplicate contacts using the following search filters:

- Accounts in my name.
- created, modified or last updated before 10th Feb 08:00hrs
- created, modified or last updated - after 8th Feb 23:00hrs
- that had a blank e-mail contact field

Our action removed thousands of records and seems to have has stopped any confusion for the rest of our team. However I'm now missing lots of contact info.
All the records we deleted are in the "Recycle bin" - which we emptied BEFORE we undertook this action.
