Help with limiting user access
We have 10 case managers with hundreds of clients and are trying to prevent our case managers from seeing any records that are not assigned to them. We have a case manager view created which links their names and email address. Tech support has provided to following code:
cm_email=zoho.loginuserid however when this is used in "Set Critera" I (ADMIN) lose access to my whole pipeline view. I have tried to duplicate views unsuccessfully.
