Het zoekveld voor deals is nu beschikbaar voor de Facturen Module in CRM

Beste Community,

 

We zijn blij om het zoekveld voor deals in de Facturen Module te introduceren.

 

Tot dusver had de Facturen module standaard opzoekvelden om records uit accounts en contactmodules te koppelen. Aan de andere kant hadden de modules Offerte en Verkooporders wel een opzoekveld voor de module Deals, evenals de Accounts en Contactpersonen. Bij het omzetten van een Offerte of verkooporder naar een Factuur, werd de dealinformatie die hoort bij de Offerte en Verkoopordermodule niet automatisch geconverteerd. Hoewel gebruikers een aangepast opzoekveld in de Deals-module konden maken, was dit tijdrovend.

 

 

Om het handmatige werk te verminderen, hebben we nu standaard het opzoekveld Dealnaam toegevoegd aan de module Facturen. Dit zal gebruikers helpen om deals direct te koppelen tijdens het maken van een factuur, of om de dealinformatie over te dragen terwijl een offerte wordt omgezet in een factuur.

 

 

Voor bestaande gebruikers: Het opzoekveld voor de dealnaam is beschikbaar in de sectie met ongebruikte velden. Je kunt het eenvoudig naar de lay-out slepen en het indien nodig gebruiken voor de facturen.

 

Voor gebruikers die handmatig een aangepaste zoekopdracht voor deals instellen in Facturen, hebben we een optie geboden om het bestaande veld toe te wijzen aan Dealnaam in de Verkooporder en Offertes modules.

 

Voor nieuwe gebruikers: Het zoekveld voor deals is  standaard beschikbaar in de lay-out.
