Hi there - just signed up for ZOHO Mail and like the feel of it so far.
Just have a couple of problems!
1. Can't receive email
Did some test emails and can send no problem but can't receive emails. Sent (from ZOHO) to GMAIL and the GMAIL address received the email. Replied (from GMAIL) but didn't receive in ZOHO.
I changed the CNAME to verify my account no problems but I think the problem may be with the TXT records??? This email address was verified by Google previously and the Google verification details are still visible on the TXT records. Should these be changed also??
2. CHANGE VISIBLE NAME (when sending)
Is it possible to change the name shown when I send email??
At the moment it shows NAME >
service@domain.com - I've changed the name in the profile/account settings but it still shows the previous name. Is there any way to fix this - I really need the name to be changed - really important.
Any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!
