I'd like to start using Zoho Creator as a Customer Portal but am finding it a bit too leaky on information.

I'm trying to setup a simple report tracking contract dates and serial numbers that "Customer Portal" users can access, yet the search magnifying glass gives the option to search for "Users" which in turn gives a drop down option that allows customers to see all the different customers email addresses - how can this be hidden? Is there a way to limit what customer can search for?
