History

History and versioning are seriously broken for me. For instance, as you can see by looking at it, my file STRAUSS LOG has entries every day or two for three weeks until a few days ago, but when I hit History, I get only one version that is 25 days old. Or my file GEN_NOTES2, which I have been making entries to every few days up through yesterday. It has lots of versions, but the most recent is 16 days ago. I have looked at History for a lot of other files, I don't think I have found a single one that has been through more than two versions where the history is correct.

By the way, how is this supposed to work? If I open and close a document three times a day, is it supposed to save every version? Or just the last version that day, or what?
