History for everyone

Hello,

I would like to see the ability for every participant to view the history of a document. Now it is only possible for the author of a document to see the history link. Also other links are not available link the export.

An address book would be great to so you can make a group of users for one project and another for another project. If you have to share a document you just have to click the correct group.
