I love Zoho Creator, one issue I'm struggling with is how to use it for my business. We've got about 60 odd staff, all the staff need to access the database but it's got sensitive client information so that can't be made public. Currently I've got all staff using one generic account and they all use the same password so they can view the data. This is not very good, when anyone leaves the firm they still have the account details and access to the database.
So how do I do this? What's the best practice for creating a private Zoho database a sharing it with just my staff?
