Before enabling the multi-branding I was able to add a new category in my KB and associate it to more than one department, which became impossible after creating a new help centre for one of my departments.
I am trying to add a new category to my department called "Students" but this option does not show up in the list of departments to be associated with the new category, it brings only the other department that I do not want to associate with this new category.
What am I missing with this setup? I have tried to solve this via chat several times but the agents were not able to help me.
