Hi, I'm trying to update fields for 2,300 contacts with several different rules to update the data. I've done this several times in Hubspot, Salesforce and Dynamics 365 using workflow rules or automated tasks.

When I go to workflow rules in Zoho and I try to set up rules to update fields of existing contacts, I don't seem to find a way to make updates based on field values.

I want to run a workflow today on all contacts available, but it seems workflows can only be run to respond to an action.

Is there any way I can run a workflow without waiting for the contacts to do something?
