I have a report that shows company information along with revenues.  

To improve the look of the report I have created a record template. This works well for formatting text. However, I would like to create a graph or graphics to represent the revenue.

I cannot find out how to do the following:

1. A Graph showing the last three years turnover

2. Display a different graphics to denote turnover level - eg A thumbs up for $100,000 revenue and a thumbs down for $100,000

Any ideas?
