How can I set hierarchy based view?

How can I create some auto views based on user roles in creator? I know we can create a view which can be populated against current user id. But when there is multiple roles (not only admin and user) and different hierarchy, how can I set this type of auto view? Otherwise in case of new employee joining, every time I have to edit/create some criteria in a view to get the hierarchy wise view. Can it be possible using collection? Pls help.
