I have setup email hosting with zoho with the idea that I would be able to forward my kids emails to my account to monitor their activity.

I figured out how to forward their received emails but not the emails that they send.  Can you point me in the right direction?

I suggest that Zoho staff write a blog about how to use zoho to monitor kids' emails.
