How do I cancel my account? All the instructions are out of date!

All the instructions to cancel an account are out of date on Zoho's help pages (I have a free Mail account and I transferred my domain over). First, when I go to "Settings," and then "Close Account," I get an error message saying that:

"You are an administrator of your organization : "[mydomain]" . You should cancel your organization from Business , before closing your account."

So I click on the "Business" link which literally just takes me to my mailbox. Then when I go to the Mail Control Panel, "Dashboard" and "Delete Organization", I get an error message saying "Please delete domain(s) before deleting the Organization."

So then I go to "Domains," and then I click the "x" on the right-hand side of my domain to delete it, and I get ANOTHER error message saying "Remove Mail Hosting and proceed for domain deletion."

And when I go to "User Details" and click to delete myself (I'm the only User) I get an error message saying, "You are not authorized to perform this operation."

WHAT ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT??? PLEASE HELP!!!
