How do I change the location of a form?

How do I change the location of a form?

I know this question is very simple, but I am new to Zoho. I've been trying to figure it out for a few hours, but I can't find the answer and I am getting frustrated...:( I figured out how to add a new form, but I don't want to delete the form/tab and enter the information again. All I want to do is change the location of the form.
