How do I create a Flow to execute one time based on a field update in the Deal module in Zoho Flow?

I have created the flow to create a row in SmartSheet when a deal is won. The flow is executing every time the deal is updated. How do I adjust so the flow executes 1x for each deal moved to Closed Won?
