How do I give access to a Chat to my clients

We use Zoho CRM and would like to be able to include people in the chat that do not have a Zoho account.

For example, I am chatting on Zoho with an inside sales engineer and we need to bring the client into the chat discussion.  How can they be added and what do they need to install or have a zoho account?
