What I Have

I have a spreadsheet (attached to this question as a Google Sheet) similar to a CRM format. The information represents students' names, ID#, and availability. Each availability time-slot is represented as a column - F1 for Monday 1st Period, G1 for Monday 2nd Period, H1 for Tuesday 2nd Period, etc.

What I'm Trying To Do With What I Have

I was initially trying to import my spreadsheet into a scheduling platform (Ximble, Sling.is, Acuity Scheduling, SimplyBook.me, etc.), but no platform is able to digest a spreadsheet of this nature and generate an availability calendar or visual heat map. So I'm attempting to create a similar function using Zoho Creator. As an end goal, I'd like to be able to see which time slots have the most demand, and allocate service providers (instructors) to those time slots.

Key Handicap

Though the best way might be to use a scheduling platform like Ximble or Sling from the beginning to the end of the scheduling process, I do not have control of the form in which I receive the data (which in this case is the spreadsheet).
