I'm very new to Zoho. I have set a up a few applications that allow me to view customer registrations coming in on our website. We are a dance school offering many many different classes at different times of the day. I want to take the information coming in from our online reg form and place it in several records. I am chiefly concerned now with setting up roll sheets or roster sheets on a per class basis so we can monitor enrollment and attendance in each class. Ideally that same record will also allow me to monitor attendance for 12-20 class sessions.

Currently our customers register on-line with a gravity form that records basic info i.e. names, addresses etc. Next, from a drop down menu #1, they select one dance class from 30-40 classes offered in the menu. They might make another selection from an identical menu labeled #2. They may want to either sign up for a alternate time the class is offered or try another style altogether.

We have set up creator forms to collect this info from gravity forms using Zapier Zaps. The Creator forms we have made collect all the info the customer posted and displays the 1 or more class selections they made. We export the the registrations via spreadsheet, download it and manually post them to the various class room rosters. 

This is where I am stumped. What do I need to do, what forms need to be made to take the individual class selections and post them to the matching class room rosters?
