How do I push data from a Creator form to my CRM?

How do I push data from a Creator form to my CRM?

I have a number of enquiry forms on my site and I want them to automatically create a lead within my Zoho CRM. I have been reading through all related posts and can't come up with any answers to this question; is it even possible?

I am new to this system so please forgive me if it is a silly question and if possible keep answers simple, I am hoping not to need a translator!
