I created a simple database, and I want to search for relational topics in a category drop-down (or if then) approach. I only see a simple search box, but I want a complex way to search for my data.
I want to search for Student Age: (drop down to age I want to choose: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18+), then Pregnant: (drop down to yes, no, parenting, no children), then to Housing: (drop down to foster, group home, family, friends).
I don't know how to find this search, but I signed up for ZoHo because it said it was Relational, which is what I need to help manage my small school's data. We are low-income, so I need freeware; so, I am signed up on the free version. It holds more records than I think I will need (with only 150 students enrolled).
Anyhow know how to find or create the type of searches I need? I see "Search" with a drop down only to choose which form. I do not see any fields or data to conditionally search, which is what I need!
Please help!
