How Do I Set Up an Additional Email Address, Not an Alias??

Hello,

I have a customer support management system and I want one of my emails to forward to that system's email.

The email I want to forward to (in my Zoho) is NOT the super admin but I think it's just an alias since it does not appear as a separate account.

So when I set up forwarding for the described above, the emails forward to BOTH addresses.

So my QUESTIONS:

1.  I assume I have a set up a new account for my support email?

2.  How do I achieve this?
