I am going to give Cliq a try in my organization. Although, I kind of feel it is a bit like twitter for me in the sense that I just don't get it. Perhaps diving in a using it I will find that I can't live without it. However, I have pretty much survived without twitter as I still don't get it. OK, enough for my doubts.

How do i set up integrations to my other Zoho apps, like CRM, Creator, Books etc... I know that the chats will show up in my Zoho mail as they always have, but how do i get this across the board?
