How Do My Users Log On to My Zoho Business Account / Desktop

How Do My Users Log On to My Zoho Business Account / Desktop

Hi,

I'm excited to get full speed on all the amazing applications. I just don't understand how they view my customized desktop for the team. Do I create seperate Zoho Business accounts for them or do they log on with my password. I don't see where they log on to my site with the user id's I've listed for them. Please let me know what I'm missing. Thank you.
