How do people attach email from Outlook 2016 or Apple Mail to CRM Potentials, or Quotes?

How do people attach email from Outlook 2016 or Apple Mail to CRM Potentials, or Quotes?

We use Outlook 2016 with Office 365, and then my laptop is a Macbook so Apple Mail.  I'd love to easily be able to attach email from these programs quickly to Zoho CRM Opportunity records or Quote records.  The official plugin unfortunately is only Accounts, Leads, and Contacts for some reason.  I don't want it to be automatic or anything, I prefer being able to click an email and then select the record to attach it to.

Are there any 3rd party options or shortcuts or tricks that anyone has that might help?
