Our Zoho Desk has an Announcements category, but I cannot find anywhere inside Zoho desk or in the Community section to post in the Announcements section. Is this because we are using "Remote Authentication" to login our users, so when I login to the community it thinks I'm not an admin?

Is there any way I can post to our announcements category?
