How I can parse and extract lead detail from gmail?

Hi! I allready connected ZOHO plug-in to our google apps accounts. But I have some trouble with extracting potential lead data from messages:

My website send to me letters from feedback form e-mail wordpress@mydomain.com.

But all potential lead data located in the message body.

Zoho plug-in for gmail see only wordpress@mydomain.com and doesn't see any other e-mail in letrer body

Please help me, how I can get data from letter body to potential lead in ZOHO
